At Splendies we ALWAYS try not just to meet but beat all of the shipping timelines shown on our site. You've come to expect this and over the years we've been able to deliver on most every occasion. We want to make sure that you get your Splendies as fast as we possibly can each and every month. 

Shipping internationally and in the United States right now is seeing difficult times. What's happening in the United States and California in particular is unprecedented.

Companies like Target, Walmart, and Costco have resorted to hire their own fleet of ships in order to meet demand. Unfortunately being a small company we don't currently have this ability and are stuck waiting for inventory for weeks and sometimes months. Unfortunately there are global factors out of our control. While we could not have anticipated this please know that we are working around the clock to get everything out as soon as possible.

We expect there to be delays especially during the holiday season. We plan on sending our popular holiday items in November. Even though they may ship later than usual you should still get them well before the holidays.

We expect to ship the November set at the end of November or early December. We will always communicate any delays through email and on our social media channels so that you're kept up to speed on the latest. Also, whenever possible we'll delay any future billings until the previous shipment has gone out.
