Yes! Starting September 1, 2020 shipping is now absolutely FREE again to Canada!

You asked and we listened. In an effort to keep Splendies as affordable as possible for everyone we've been able to make the switch to free shipping. Now our friends North of the Border can get their Splendies shipped to them for absolutely free.

That's right, absolutely 100% free.

Please note that during the Covid-19 Pandemic we've had to make some changes to the way that we process and handle shipments into Canada. While we've seen delivery times as fast as 2 weeks, there have been some rare cases of deliveries taking 8 weeks or longer to deliver. And the tracking to the border will not always update. But the good news is that all packages are delivering. 

Splendies is actively working to make improvements to shipping times during the pandemic while keeping the subscription extremely affordable for our members in Canada. We'll make further announcements as they come available. Although tracking may not update your package is not lost.

Due to the delays in transit we ask that if you have not received your package that you give it the 8 weeks from shipping date before opening a ticket with our Customer Service team. If after this time you have not received your package we can open a ticket to more closely monitor your shipment.

We aren't able to provide reshipments for incorrect addresses. Reshipments may incur a $10 fee for expedited reshipment.

If you place your order for a monthly subscription at the end of the month, you may not receive your first package until after your subscription renews. If you do not want to be billed for a second month before your first package arrives, you can log in and skip the next month or cancel your subscription (you can always restart it at anytime in the future).

Any prepaid subscriptions will have the remaining shipping charges refunded back to the original card upon which the subscription was charged. We're sorry but we are unable to refund any different cards. We'll be doing reimbursements later in the month. 



  • Free Canada shipping does not include door to door tracking.
  • We are no longer able to provide insurance on Canadian shipments. Reshipments will incur a $10 shipping fee.
