Getting access to your new Account Management page is easy. Please follow the instructions below. You MUST reset your password before you'll have access to your new account. Here's how you do it.
  1. Please go to the new Splendies Login Page: SPLENDIES ACCOUNT LOG-IN
  2. Click on the link that says: "Forgot Password??"
  3. From there you will need to enter the email currently associated with your Splendies account. You will receive an email with instructions on resetting your password and VOILA! The all new Splendies account page!
Remember, you MUST complete the forgot password reset step BEFORE you'll be able to log in to your account.
From here you'll have complete access over your account where you can:
  • Update your shipping address
  • Change your Billing Information
  • Update your Type of Package
  • Change your Size
  • Even switch to a pre-pay option to save money or
  • Skip a month of Splendies
and many other features.

We're also working on bringing automatic cancelations straight from your account in the near future as well. 
Note: If you only want to change the size or type of package you can do so and keep your same subscription term. Just select the same Month to Month term as you have always have.

Changing your size or Type of Package WILL NOT affect when you are billed.  You can learn more about the new account management in our FAQ section here.

January packages have processed and will ship this week. Any changes made will be applied to your February subscription package.
