All Recurring Subscriptions Will Ship the 15th Starting in Feb!

In an effort to make Splendies better for our subscribers we're making a few changes. Don't worry, nothing is required of you but we wanted to make sure that you knew.

Starting in February 2014.

1. All Subscriptions will recur and be billed on the 10th of each month.
2. All Subscriptions will ship the 3rd week of the month between the 11th and the 19th.
3. Any size, address, or billing changes must be requested prior to the 10th to guarantee the change goes into effect. If the request is made after the 10th we'll do our best to honor requests but can't guarantee that they will go in effect for that month.
4. All cancellation requests must be done prior to the 10th. All subscriptions still in effect on the 10th and after will be billed and shipped. Any cancellations made after the 10th will have their package shipped that month and cancel the following month.
