In an effort to make Splendies better for our subscribers we're making a few changes. Don't worry, nothing is required of you but we wanted to make sure that you knew. Starting in February 2014. All Subscriptions will recur and be billed on the 10th of each month. All Subscriptions will ship the 3rd week of the month between the 11th and the 19th. Any size, address, or billing changes must be requested prior to the 10th to guarantee the change goes into effect. If the request is made after the 10th we'll do our best to honor requests but can't guarantee that they will go in effect for that month. All cancellation requests must be done prior to the 10th. All subscriptions still in effect...
Next up... Worldwide shipping. Each month we get a number of email requests asking when we're going to start shipping worldwide. We've heard each and every request and we're currently working on figuring international shipping rates and how to bring Splendies to anyone, anywhere. Look for an announcement in the next few weeks.
Hello Friends, On October 3rd our GoDaddy email servers experienced a downtime outage and we were unable to receive emails for most of the day. If you tried to send us an email yesterday there's a good chance that we never got it. If you received a 'bounce' message then we certainly didn't get it. We've teamed up with our secure shopping cart provider Chargify to now allow Splendies members to manage their own accounts though Self Managed Accounts! Moving? With the new Self Managed Accounts members can update address information right away! Want to send Splendies as a gift? Easily turn your subscription into a gift by simply changing the name and address in the portal. Need to update Credit Card Information? Use the secure account system to make any changes necessary right away. Once you sign up we'll send you a personal link where you can manage your account directly. We're working to introduce new features in the upcoming weeks and months. Stay tuned!
After a wonderful first month we've received a number of requests to start shipping outside of the US and beyond. Today we're happy to announce that Splendies will begin shipping to our friends in Canada. It's been one of our most requested features and today is the day. So please, tell your friends north of the border that they can receive their Splendies now too!
