Splendies Announces FREE SHIPPING to Canada!

We're excited to announce that Splendies now has FREE shipping to Canada! You asked and we listened. In an effort to keep Splendies as affordable as possible for everyone we've been able to make the switch to free shipping. Now our friends North of the Border can get their Splendies shipped to them for absolutely free.  Any prepaid subscriptions will have the remaining shipping charges refunded back to the original card upon which the subscription was charged. We're sorry but we are unable to refund any different cards. We'll be doing reimbursements later in the month.  Free Canada shipping does not include door to door tracking. Tracking will end once your Splendies reaches Canada and will be delivered within 10-14 days.  We are no longer...

Shipping & Handling Charge for Returned Packages

As always we appreciate you, our subscribers because without we wouldn't be able to do what we do. We've always had free shipping on all packages to the US and that will not change. Starting October 1 there will be a $7 shipping and handing fee on all returned packages that are due to incorrect address ($7 and $9 for International orders respectively). Just a reminder, we need all addresses updated in our system by 8th of the month so we will have the time to process your subscription and can get your package to you in a timely manner. Shipping Schedules

As we've grown here at Splendies we have tried to ship more frequently each month so that we can get your package out to you in a timely manner. We thought that it would be a good idea to share with you our normal shipping schedules. New orders typically ship four times a month at the end of each week, either Thursday or Friday.  Renewed subscriptions that bill on the 10th typically ship around the 19th of each month. If you are a recurring customer but your subscription renewed after the 10th we will look to ship your package usually around the 24th and again on the last day of the month. Welcoming JP Fulfillment!

Hello Everyone! Thanks to everyone for making Splendies such a success over the past few months. We've grown to where we simply had to hire a more efficient team to handle our fulfillment and tweak our policies to better serve you, our customers. We're happy to bring on board JP Fulfillment to handle all of our shipping and logistics.  Anytime you switch things up a bit in business there will be some growing pains as you figure out how to best work within a new system. Worldwide Shipping Coming

Next up... Worldwide shipping. Each month we get a number of email requests asking when we're going to start shipping worldwide. We've heard each and every request and we're currently working on figuring international shipping rates and how to bring Splendies to anyone, anywhere.
