Covid-19 Update:
We hope that you're having a wonderful week given the special circumstances and most importantly staying safe!
 
The Covid-19 pandemic is affecting us all and we're no different here at Splendies.
 
We're under strict Stay At Home orders here in California and so for the safety of our staff we've limited the number of people at our facilities. With much fewer people this will result in some delayed shipments. But please know that we're working around the clock to get your Splendies out to you.
 
The USPS, Canada Post, and pretty much all International postal carriers are experiencing shortages and delays during this time as well.
 
We ask that you please be patient during this time. If you receive your tracking info you'll know that your package has processed and you WILL be getting it, although some might get delayed.
 
We've updated some temporary shipping changes for new and renewing members. You can read them here in the

Some of the main changes are as follows
  • New Orders placed after April 17th will ship out the following month before the 18th.
  • Renewals for new subscriptions placed after April 17th have been placed on a waiting list. You won't be billed until you're notified that you've been taken off the wait list. 
  • We've temporarily suspended the prepaid option for subscriptions but we hope to have this back on in the near future
 
We hope that we'll be able to resume our normal schedule for shipping as soon as we get the go ahead from the government. We thank you for your patience and thank you for your subscription to Splendies.
